At Travel Life Adventures we don’t just focus on the outer experience, but place equal care on the exploration of the inner frontier, the wild places inside of you. Connecting this inner journey to the outer journey is what makes your experience something more than just a trip.
Connections.
Nowadays anyone can plan a trip to almost anywhere in the world. You don’t need us to book a hotel and buy a plane ticket. What we offer is connection to people and places you won’t find on your own. We have done the work, built the relationships, and now want to connect you to places and people we love.
Design Process.
Putting together a beautiful itinerary is just one part of our design approach. We think of this experience together as a journey with unique parts and a soul of its own. From preparation, to on the trip, to the return home our design process is all about supporting you in your own personal adventure.
Our custom built travel experiences can be tailored to your budget and desires. Most trips range from around $2,000 USD to $5,000 USD. We are here to make your travel dreams come true!
Following The Map
Our Trip Design process includes 20 hours of individualized, custom trip design and meaningful travel coaching.
The process breaks up into three parts: The Preparation, The Adventure, and The Return. Each step is treated with the care and thought it deserves in order to create an experience that weaves your story with the story of the people and the place.
Preparation
We will take you through a process of discovering your deeper reason for your travels and your desires for the experience.
1. An initial discovery call to hear about your reasons for embarking on this journey and begin to understand your own personal “why.”
2. Mindfully crafted questionnaires to spark ideas and help us create the most impactful experience for you
3. Collaborative process of itinerary design that involves you, us, and our local partners
4. Inner Journey preparation that involves intention setting, packing your inner suitcase, and establishing connections to the people and places you will visit
Adventure
As you move through your journey we will provide you with tools and resources to accompany the amazing experiences you will be having.
1. A Transformational Travel Journal to help guide your experience and your inner adventure
2. A packet of exercises to engage in at specific times to root yourself in your journey and get more out of it
3. If possible, one on-location call or conversation with the Travel Life Adventures team to check in and answer any questions
4. A purposeful, mindful, and artfully crafted story of experiences and connections that will match your desires and goals
Return
The conclusion of one experience should be the call to adventure for the next one, even if it's not with us. Upon your return home you will be connected to what the future holds and how to use your newfound way of being. While you strike out on a roadtrip across your home country? Will you connect more deeply with your own community? We want to support you in discovering the path.
1. Self-reflection activity to reflect on what has changed over your experience
2. Two-week follow up call to support you in processing what you have seen and felt
3. Email series with prompts and exercises to continue your growth
4. Two-month follow up call to plan the next steps in your own personal journey, wherever it may lead
Fair Trip Pricing

At Travel Life Adventures we strive to fair and transparent in our pricing and provide exceptional value for you. The last thing we want is for your to pay for something you could do on your own.
For that reason, we charge a flat Design Fee of $1,000 for each custom trip design. This fee gets you:
•20 hours of design, preparation, and post-experience work
•Initial consultation calls and discovery sessions to discover your purpose for your trip
•On-adventure guidance and exercises to deepen your experience
•Post-experience calls to reflect and make meaning of your experience

The final cost of your trip is our $1,000 Trip Design Fee + our Partner Costs to execute the trip. This means we design your trip with our in country partners and the cost to deliver the experience is what we charge you. No more. No less.
For Example:
•14 Day Itinerary in Morocco with accommodations, activities, and transport provided
•Partner Costs = $2,347 USD + $1,000 Trip Design Fee
•Final Trip Cost = $3,347 USD

•Ensuring fair wages are paid to all workers and communities
•Guides and other workers are properly trained
•Insurance is provided for both partner companies and all employees
•Working standards and conditions meet international protocols even when not required locally
•All workers have proper equipment and gear to do their craft
•Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity practices are executed to ensure all voices are represented when possible
